This morning, go on a half day city sightseeing tour of this beautiful city and see the Puerta Del Sol, Grans Via, Cibeles Fountain, Alcala Gate, the Santiago Bernabeau Stadium, Plaza De Espana, Prado Museum, Almudena Cathedral, highlighted by a visit to the Royal Palace. After breakfast, drive to Avila - completely encircled by 11th century walls and birthplace of  St. Theresa and visit the Convent of St. Theresa and the Cathedral. Continue, cross border to Portugal, proceed to Fatima and check in hotel.

Fatima - Lisbon - Fatima (B)
Morning drive to the capital of Portugal, Lisbon - see the Tags River, Marques de Pombal Square, Liberdade Avenue, pass by Belem Palace, official residences of the President of Portugal. Stop at Belem Tower - icon of The Age of Discovery, and the Monument of the Discoveries. Close by is Jeronimos Monastery, magnificent example of the Manueline style. see the Baxia, Praca De Commercio and the Suspension Bridge, and visit to the Church of St. Antony De Padua. Return to Fatima for some free time for private devotion. You may explore the Sanctuary and the Great White Basilica and maybe join the candlelight procession in the evening.

Drive to Santiago de Compostela - a World heritage city. Upon arrival, proceed to guided city tour with visit to Santiago de Compostela Cathedral. Long drive to Burgos, the provincial capital in Spain's autonomous community of Castile and Leon. It's most recognizable landmark is the French Gothic Cathedral of St. Mary, whose 3 main doorways are flanked by ornamented bell towers. Inside is the Chapel of Condestable, decorated with figures of saint, and the Tomb of El Cid (Rodrigo Diaz de Vivar), the 11 century military commander, then visit the Burgos Gothic Cathedral. Burgos - Zaragoza - Lourdes (B)
